Jayson is a founding member of Mainstream Waterjet and has worked in the machining / manufacturing sector for 26 years. His primary focus has revolved around producing parts for the aerospace, defense, power generation, automotive, and customized equipment sectors. Jayson focuses on identifying industry specific needs and implementing a course of action that allows Mainstream Waterjet to be a consistent solutions provider to current and prospect customers.
Thomas Harbin
Director of Operations
Tom is a founding member of Mainstream Waterjet and has worked in the plastic injection molding, machining / manufacturing sector for 30 years. Primarily working in the aerospace, defense, power generation, automotive, and sectors.
Tom has concentrated on the implementation of strong quality systems at Mainstream. Starting with ISO 9001:2008 then ISO 9001:2015 and recently AS9100 Rev D in the later part of 2019. Believing that adherence to our strong QMS has led to producing parts that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations while providing short lead times and competitive pricing.
Scott Menker
Director of Business Development
Scott joined Mainstream Waterjet in 2018 after spending 14 years with an aerospace materials and parts supplier in capacities including sales and contract management, product and purchasing management and operations management. Scott focuses on strengthening relationships to help build partnerships and enhance supply chains through collaborations with customers.
